RFP-009/26 - CONSULTING FIRM TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF SIERRA LEONE NATIONAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT REPORT （NHDR）.Background;UNDP Sierra Leone and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development are collaborating to develop the 5th Sierra Leone National Human Development Report （NHDR）2026. Sierra Leone has published four reports (in 1996,1998,2007, and 2019）， focusing respectively on national security and post-war stabilization, poverty eradication, decentralization and local governance, and recovery and resilience building. The proposed report will contribute to the objectives of the MTNDP 2024-2030 and inform strategies for achieving human-centered transformation. The report will be developed under the theme:“Choices and Consequences in Financing Human Development in Sierra Leone”.This
