The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) seeks to engage a /qualified Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide dedicated, high-capacity internet connectivity with unfettered access to the World Wide Web at its premises at Oea Village, Janzour, Tripoli, Libya.
