Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a consultant to lead the Employment and Livelihoods assessment and contribute to the employment and decent work analysis within the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) and Resilient Recovery Framework for Venezuela following the 2026 earthquakes. The consultant will apply the PDNA methodology to assess disaster impacts on employment, livelihoods, labour markets, enterprises, social protection and vulnerable populations, while identifying opportunities for inclusive, resilient and employment-rich recovery.
