Amendment 2: With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 8 June 2026, as amended on 1 July 2026. IMO wishes to: Extension: RFP submission deadline has been extended from 31 July 2026 at 12:00 hrs (UK time) to 7 August 2026 at 12:00 hrs (UK time).  Update the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the Request for Proposal (RFP) (c) Bidders are advised to take a note of the following. All prospective bidders must ensure they refer to the updated Terms of Reference (File Name: 3. Revised Terms of Reference 160726) when preparing and submitting their technical and financial proposals. Proposals submitted using earlier version of the TOR will not be considered and will result in disqualification. All prospective bidders must ensure they refer to the updated financial response form (F
