Description

The consultant will undertake a comprehensive review of the existing concept note, as well as relevant policies, strategies, legal frameworks, studies, and comparable programmes, to inform the design of the proposed Public Employment Programme (PEP) in The Gambia. The assignment will be complemented by consultations with government institutions, employers’ and workers’ organizations, local authorities, private sector actors, development partners, civil society representatives, and the ILO technical team.
