Country:   Malawi Description of the Assignment:  National Consultancy Services for Evaluating the Current DRMS, Assessing Non‑Tax Domestic Revenue Efficacy, and Developing the DRMS 2026–2030. Period of assignment:  50 working days spread over a period of 3 months. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
