Long Term Agreement for the provision of Air Conditioning Repair, Checkup, and Maintenance Service

Description

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization in Jerusalem (UNTSO) has a requirement to establish a long term agreement for the provision of Air Conditioners repair, checkup and maintenance services at its Headquarters in Jerusalem, Isreal. The planned maintenance service shall be carried out in March/April (pre-season service) and in October/November (post-season service). The service will include the followings: 1. Electrical and mechanical functionality test 2. Gas level check 3. Filter Cleaning, indoor unit facia cleaning 4. Cleaning and washing with pressurized water jet the outdoor AC units 5. Pipe Insulation check, apply new where necessary 6. All repairs as required, should be after approval from BMU prior to commencement of work 7. Checking and setting the control system of V
