For buyers & procuring entities

Publish once.
Reach every qualified supplier.

Post your opportunity to a verified supplier pool spanning 167 markets — free, unlimited, and without a contract. Then run clarifications, score responses and award, all in one place.

No card. No per-notice fee. No sales call required.

The offer

Free to publish. Permanently. Here is why that is not a trick.

Reach is not the thing you should be paying for

Every platform that charges you to publish is charging you for the privilege of giving it inventory. We charge for the sourcing workflow instead — publishing, and the audience that comes with it, is free and stays free.

No procurement cycle to buy it

A free tier needs no business case, no budget line and no vendor onboarding of us. Your first competitive event can go out this week rather than next quarter.

Suppliers arrive pre-qualified

Firms on the network build a Verified Passport once — registration, tax status, certifications, capability, insurance — with expiry tracking. You start from evidence, not from a blank prequalification form.

Two ways to source

Open when you must publish. Private when you cannot.

Public bodies are obliged to publish and want maximum reach. Corporate procurement is confidential by policy. The same platform has to serve both — so it does.

Open notice Live today

Publish to the whole network

For public bodies, state corporations, donor programmes and multilateral projects under a transparency mandate — and for any buyer who simply wants the widest possible field. Your notice is indexed, searchable, and pushed to every supplier whose profile matches it.

  • Unlimited notices, no per-notice fee
  • Matching suppliers alerted in the next daily digest
  • Public buyer profile and award history
  • Clarifications and Q&A in one auditable thread
Private RFx In build

Invite a shortlist, publish nothing

For corporate procurement, where the sourcing event is confidential by policy. Search the verified pool, invite only the suppliers you choose, and run the whole event without the opportunity ever appearing publicly.

  • Invitation-only visibility — never indexed, never listed
  • Shortlist built from verified Passport holders
  • Weighted criteria and scored evaluation
  • Full audit trail of every evaluator action

We label what is built and what is not. Private RFx is in active development — ask to join the pilot .

Who it is for

Built for four kinds of buyer

Government & public bodies

Meet your publication obligation and get more qualified bidders doing it. Notices reach far beyond the single national portal suppliers have to remember to check.

Donors, MDBs & INGOs

Programme procurement reaches local suppliers who are genuinely capable but invisible to a head-office vendor list — with the transparency record your funders expect.

Enterprise procurement

Find qualified suppliers outside the incumbent list, cover tail spend the suite is too heavy to touch, and stand up sourcing in markets where you have no supplier base yet.

Mid-market teams

If sourcing currently runs on email threads and a spreadsheet, this is the first proper tool you can adopt without a six-figure licence or an implementation project.

How it works

From requirement to award

  1. 1

    Describe what you need

Title, scope, category, budget range, deadline and the requirements a supplier must meet. Attach your documents.

  2. 2

    Choose your reach

Publish openly to the whole network, or — when private RFx ships — invite a shortlist you have picked from verified suppliers.

  3. 3

    Answer and collect

Clarifications run in one thread every bidder sees. Responses arrive structured and comparable rather than as twelve different PDFs.

  4. 4

    Score and award

Weighted criteria, per-evaluator scoring, an aggregated leaderboard, and a CSV or PDF record of how the decision was reached.

Buyer pricing

Publishing is free. Pay only for the workflow.

Prices are set per region so a team in Nairobi and a team in Frankfurt each see a number calibrated to their market.

Questions buyers ask

Is publishing really free, or free for now?
Free, permanently, and it is a deliberate design decision rather than a launch promotion. Opportunities are what make the network worth joining for suppliers, so charging buyers to supply them would be charging for the thing that creates the value. We monetise the sourcing workflow — private RFx, evaluation, integrations — and the supplier side.
Do suppliers pay to see or respond to my tender?
No. Search and response are free for suppliers, so a paywall never sits between your notice and a qualified bidder. Suppliers pay only for alerts, AI decision support and verification — advantages for them, never access to you.
We cannot publish our sourcing publicly. Is this usable?
Today the platform publishes openly, which suits public, donor and multilateral buyers. Invitation-only private RFx is in active build and is the core of the Buyer Pro tier — talk to us if that is your requirement and we will bring you into the pilot.
Does this replace our e-procurement system?
No, and it is not trying to. Mandatory eGP systems handle compliance and transactions. OpenTenderHub sits alongside them for discovery, supplier reach and evaluation — the parts those systems were never built to do.
How are suppliers verified?
The Verified Passport checks company registration, tax status, certifications, insurance and declared capability, with document expiry tracked so a credential cannot quietly lapse. You see the verification level on every supplier profile.
Who else publishes here?
The corpus already aggregates notices from EU TED, the UN, the World Bank, national e-procurement portals and donor programmes. Buyer-published opportunities sit alongside them at /opportunities.
