Run your own
procurement network.
Everything on this site — aggregation, AI enrichment, buyer publishing, supplier verification, evaluation and award — white-labelled for your country, sector or programme. Your brand, your sources, your rules. We host and operate it.
From $1,500/month, fully operated. Live in weeks.
For anyone who needs a procurement market of their own
Governments & public agencies
A national or sub-national tender portal that suppliers actually use, with the aggregation and AI layer a standard eGP rollout never includes.
Donors, MDBs & programmes
A programme-branded procurement portal for grantees and implementing partners, with the transparency record funders increasingly require.
Associations & chambers
Turn your membership into a qualified supplier pool and give members opportunity flow they cannot get anywhere else — a membership benefit that renews itself.
Operators & market builders
If you were going to build a tender platform for your country or sector, license this one instead and be live in weeks rather than years.
The whole stack, under your name
Your brand, your domain
Your instance is delivered under your own logo, palette, domain, email sender and copy — configured by us during onboarding. Nothing tells your users whose engine is underneath unless you want it to.
Your sources
We point the aggregator at the portals that matter in your market. Source onboarding is part of the licence rather than billed as bespoke development, and a generic crawler handles sites with no API.
Your supplier pool
Your own verified supplier register, with the Passport verification workflow, document vault and expiry tracking.
Both workflows, end to end
Buyer publishing, clarifications, response collection, weighted evaluation, shortlisting and award — plus the supplier side: search, alerts, pipeline and AI insights.
The AI layer included
Plain-language summaries, requirements and eligibility extraction, ideal-bidder profiling, risk flags and fit scoring on every notice in your corpus.
Operated, not just licensed
We host it, patch it, monitor it and keep the scrapers running. You get an admin console and a roadmap, not a codebase and a problem.
What you would otherwise be signing up to
| Build it yourself | License OpenTenderHub | |
|---|---|---|
| Aggregation engine | 6–12 months of scraper engineering, then permanent upkeep | Stood up during scoping, sources onboarded by us |
| AI enrichment | Model selection, prompt engineering, evaluation, cost control | Included and already tuned on a live corpus |
| Two-sided workflow | Publishing, evaluation, isolation and audit — the hard part | The same platform that runs this site |
| Ongoing operations | A team you have to hire and keep | Ours |
| Time to first tender | 12–24 months | Weeks |

Delivered as an early-access engagement, not a self-serve product. Aggregation, AI enrichment and both workflows are the platform running this site; your branding, source registry and admin console are configured by our team during scoping and onboarding rather than from a settings page.

Contact usLicensing questions
- Do we get the source code?
- The standard licence is an operated service, not a code handover — that is what keeps it maintained and priced the way it is. Schemas, the public API contract and the scraper/source layer sit on the publishable side of our boundary and can be shared; the AI, intelligence and billing layers are proprietary. Source escrow and deeper arrangements are available under Platform Enterprise.
- Can we keep our data in-country?
- Yes, under Platform Enterprise. Dedicated infrastructure and a specified data-residency region are part of that tier, which is how we serve public bodies with statutory residency requirements.
- Can our instance publish open data?
- OCDS ingestion is live today — we already consume Open Contracting Data Standard feeds. An OCDS publication endpoint, so your notices are emitted in the standard your funders are starting to mandate, is on the near-term roadmap and is included in Platform Enterprise scoping.
- Does our instance connect to the main network?
- Only if you want it to. An instance can run entirely self-contained, or opt in to surface its opportunities on OpenTenderHub as well — which is usually worth it, because it multiplies the supplier reach behind every notice your buyers post.
- What does it actually cost to run?
- The licence covers hosting, operations, scraper upkeep and AI enrichment within a fair-use envelope agreed at scoping. There is no per-notice fee and no supplier transaction fee — those models are exactly what we built this to replace.
