1 The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) seeks to lease a secure, fully serviced, and self-sustained compound in Tripoli, Libya, to serve as its Headquarters (HQ). The facility shall support office operations, residential accommodation, logistics, security infrastructure, and welfare services for a large-scale mission presence. The premises shall comply with UNDSS security requirements, including MOSS standards, and shall accommodate approximately 350 – 450 personnel, through a combination of office, residential, and dormitory-type facilities.    Specific Requirements/Information 2.
