UNDP Viet Nam is looking for 01 qualified consultancy firm/institute/organization for the Living Lab Implementation and Team Support Partner for RE:ACT – Youth Innovation Challenge for Resilient Communities.Viet Nam is undergoing rapid digital transformation while facing increasing social, economic and environmental challenges affecting communities across the country. Climate change, natural disasters, urbanization, environmental degradation, digital divides and unequal access to opportunities continue to create new vulnerabilities, particularly for young people and communities in exposed or underserved areas. At the same time, Viet Nam has a dynamic youth population and a fast-growing innovation ecosystem, creating significant potential for young people to apply technology, entrepreneursh
