About the procurement Stimulab project Child-friendly processes - Children as legal subjects in the Child Protection and Health Committee's main challenge is how the child protection and health committees can ensure children access to legal security and that the child's best interests are the centre of the committee treatment. The project assumes that children have the right to access to legal security, and that the child's rights - including children's participation - and the need must be at the centre of the committee's treatment in order to achieve this.
