The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the one-time refurbishment of Building 228, at its Headquarters located in Brindisi, Italy. Building 228 accommodates the Learning Centre, Cafeteria, and Canteen facilities. The structure comprises a two-storey masonry section housing the Learning Centre and cafeteria, a single-storey masonry section containing the kitchen facilities, and an adjoining single-storey section with wooden roof structure serving the cafeteria. The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive external refurbishment of the building, including all activities required for the preparation, execution, completion and handover of the works.
